*Computer Allowance Loan - a one-time $2,000 loan allowance is available towards the
purchase of a computer. This is an additional loan. Please contact the Financial%20Aid%20Office with any questions regarding this additional loan.
**Direct Loan Fees can be variable depending on the amount of the loan. The financial
aid office begins the process under the assumption that the full Stafford loan amount
($20,500) will be borrowed but then adjusts accordingly.
Registration is not complete until all requested forms, including official final transcripts, have been submitted and tuition fees paid or satisfactory financial agreements have been made for the payment of tuition and fees.
The financial obligation for places reserved by a registered student who does not subsequently attend cannot be canceled unless written notification of the decision not to attend is given to the Duquesne Kline School of Law Registrar no later than the first week of classes.
When officially withdrawing from Duquesne Kline School of Law, a student will receive a refund of part of the tuition charged for the semester in accordance with the refund schedule as published in the Policies and Procedures. The effective date of withdrawal for determining the percentage of refund will be the date of notification (in writing) to the Academic Status Committee, c/o Associate Dean. The letter or form must be delivered to the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Â鶹ֱ²¥ Registrar. This will also be the recorded date of the student's withdrawal from the School of Law. A student will not be withdrawn until official notice is received in writing.
