The Career Services Office invites employers to conduct interviews at the Thomas R.
Kline School of Law of Â鶹ֱ²¥ during the fall and spring semesters. The
on-campus recruitment program, known as OCI, allows employers to meet with a large
number of candidates during a relatively short period of time. The service is open
to all employers - private firms, judges, government agencies, corporations, academic
institutions, and public interest organizations.
Interviews may be scheduled on-campus at the law school, at the employer's office,
or virtually, according to the employer's preference.
Fall and Spring Recruitment Programs
The 2024 Fall Recruitment/OCI Program will take place from July 29-November 8, 2024.
The 2025 Spring Recruitment/OCI Program will take place from January 21-April 11,
2025.
Employers are invited to complete a , where you can identify your preferred interview dates. Upon receipt, the CSO will
confirm your registration via email.
Registration for the 2025 event will begin in January 2025. If your firm is hiring for summer law clerks, internships, entry-level attorney positions for 2025 graduates, or law-related positions that could be of interest to our Evening students, please consider joining us! Interviews can be held at your office, at the law school, or virtually.
If you're not hiring at the time of the Small Firm Interview Weeks, the Career Services
Office will gladly help with your hiring needs by posting a traditional job posting
or collecting resumes for you to review.
