Â鶹ֱ²¥ is dedicated to providing an educational environment that supports our Catholic, Spiritan mission and values. This includes a profound respect for the dignity of each person, and a commitment to preserve and protect the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of all members of the campus community.

In accordance with the University's mission, and as required by Title IX and its implementing regulations, the University does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of its programs or activities, including admission and employment. Moreover, Â鶹ֱ²¥ is committed to fostering an atmosphere free from Title IX Sexual Harassment and creating an inclusive campus environment for all members of the University community. Title IX Sexual Harassment is destructive to such a climate and is not tolerated. Review the University's Policies on Title IX Sexual Harassment under TAP 61 and non-Title IX Sexual Misconduct under TAP 31.

Â鶹ֱ²¥'s Mission includes, "A profound respect for the dignity of each person including a commitment that the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of each and every individual be preserved and respected." This same commitment founds the Mission of the Office of Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response. In collaboration with a multitude of Â鶹ֱ²¥ programs and departments, our office continuously strives to provide an educational, employment, and business environment free of all forms of sex discrimination, including rape, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other prohibited acts.

The goal of this website is to provide quick and easy "get help" resources, contact information, and information on our many campus prevention and awareness initiatives. We invite your feedback. If you have comments or questions about the information on our site, please contact my office directly. We sincerely appreciate your help in fostering the wellbeing and safety of our entire Â鶹ֱ²¥ family.
