The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for individuals who are identified as highly motivated and promotable. The program is designed to hone individual leadership skills and is inclusive and open to all genders. Most participants have two to seven years of professional experience.

APICS Certifications

The academic partnership between the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management and the Association for Supply Chain Management offers the opportunity to attain APICS certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), Supply Chain Professionals (CSCP), and Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD).

Certificate in Financial Planning

The financial planning profession is experiencing tremendous growth and the CFP® is the best-known credential. Â鶹ֱ²¥'s Executive Certificate in Financial Planning program is registered with Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards Inc. to fulfill the education requirements of the CFP® certification. The program is designed for professionals in the financial field as well as career changers.

Professional Coach Certification

Coaching is both an art and a science; professional coaches understand that. Moreover, they understand how to effectively communicate with clients in a ways that generate real results. An effective coach guides, inspires and empowers others, all to help them reach their potential and take them where they would like to be personally.
