Attention: Finals Week Schedule Update

We’ve updated our IT Service Desk schedule to better support you during finals week and the first week of spring semester classes. Please review the details below:

Finals Week (December 13, December 16–19):

  • Online Chat: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Email Support: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in Support: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Weekend Schedule (December 14–15):

  • Email, Phone, and Walk-in Support: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • No Online Chat available

Normal support hours will resume on Friday, December 20.

*In observance of Christmas and New Years, the University offices, including the IT Service Desk, will be closed beginning Dec. 20 at 5:00 p.m. and will reopen on Jan. 2 at 7:00 a.m. If there is a technology emergency during this time, call (412) 396-4357 and press 9 to leave a voicemail with the on-call analyst.*
