Biography
Maryann Herman, assistant professor of legal skills, is the director of academic excellence at Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Â鶹ֱ²¥. In addition to holding academic excellence workshops and providing individual academic counseling, she teaches the Advanced Legal Reasoning course.
Prior to joining the Duquesne Kline School of Law, Herman served as the director of academic success and bar preparation studies at the Appalachian School of Law, where she also taught Business Associations. She formerly worked at BarBri Bar Review and The Chicago Legal Clinic. Herman received her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in Detroit, where she was the editor-in-chief of the Wayne Law Review.
